About the Role

Techtaka is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Operations Specialist to support and optimize fulfillment center operations at our Anaheim facility. This role is responsible for managing inventory transactions within WMS, coordinating inbound and outbound operations, supporting customer accounts, resolving operational issues, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage daily fulfillment operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, order processing, and inventory control.

·         Process inventory transactions within WMS, including lot-level inventory movements and adjustments.

·         Coordinate Amazon FBA shipments and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.

·         Serve as a primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.

·         Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, chargebacks, and operational exceptions.

·         Process B2B inventory reservations and inventory registration requests.

·         Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

·         Prepare operational reports and support process improvement initiatives.

·         Work closely with warehouse partners, transportation providers, customers, and Korea HQ.

Qualifications

·         4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain operations.

·         Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

·         Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment workflows.

·         Experience managing customer accounts or resolving operational issues.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Business proficiency in both English and Korean is required.
